Brief Description

The Great Western Arms is a beautiful, rustic country pub providing a excellent experience for dining and overnight stay. We have worked very hard to push ourselves to build a high end gastro pub experience to meet the demands of our customers. We also have four luxury bed and breakfast rooms for people looking to get away into the countryside but also close enough to venture into Oxford city center and Bicester village.

The Great Western Arm is also part of a very small private limited company (Duval Inns) who are looking to build on adding new establishments in the Oxfordshire area.

Expectations

- To be able to take control of busy shifts and lead the team

- A hands-on supervisor with an understanding of front of house operations

- Basic financial experience

- To be able to lead and set a example for others to follow

- To create a atmosphere that makes the customers feel safe and comfortable

- Is able to maintain and improve level of hygiene and cleanliness

- Is able to bring new ideas with products and promotions

- Organised and attentive to detail
