As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our team's success in delivering exceptional service and quality in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do
Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Train and develop team members customer service excellence.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively, including Aloha POS a
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining financial accountability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations .
Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in the food industry with supervisory or management roles.
Preferred qualifications
Background in fine dining or casual dining environments.
