Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Manage team performance by providing guidance, support, and training to staff members. Assist in culinary tasks as needed, including cooking and food preparation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Coordinate with bartending staff to ensure timely service of beverages and adherence to quality standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain efficient operations. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices is essential. Previous experience in cooking or bartending is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
