Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the team in daily operations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Assist in managing operations efficiently
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Cocoktail experiace prefered but training can be given to the right person.
- Support staff training and development
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality, culinary, or restaurant setting is a must.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Experience bartending
