As a Shift Supervisor at Nordic Bar, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere. You will lead a dynamic team, manage bar operations, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Supervise and motivate bar staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.

Operational Management:

Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent guest experiences by interacting with patrons, addressing concerns, and making recommendations.

Cocktail Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, while adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

Sales and Promotions:

Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to increase bar sales and enhance customer engagement.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, reporting to management as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, and cocktail preparation. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 28 per week
