Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Train, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
Manage inventory levels and assist in food production planning.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
Proven track record in team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food production and inventory management.
