Shift Supervisor - Retail

Stevenson Forecourt is a family run business, retailing in fuel since 1978, our sites incorporate a large multi awarding winning convenience store offering, food to go and a petrol forecourt.

We require an experienced retail Shift Supervisor to work predominantly evenings to run the shift, close the site and prepare and place ambient orders whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and maintain the standards throughout the site.

This role is to work 16-20 hours per week plus overtime when required and will include working a weekend shift.

As part of the role the duties include:

Placing daily ambient orders and accounting for all stock in your given department.*
Stock replenishment throughout the store, and to ensure the store is kept tidy and presentable at all times*
Working as part of the team to deliver the highest standards or customer service*
Working along side the site manager to build and develop sales throughout the store, particularly in your department.*
Opening the site and preparing the site for a full days trading*

To fill this role, ideally we are looking for candidates who:

Have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a retail convenience store environment, ideally with a petrol forecourt.*
Have attention to detail, a team mentality and a positive attitude*
Have excellent communication skills*
Is able to delegate and as part of a team*

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.71 per hour
