Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed.
Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Lead by example in food preparation and cooking techniques to maintain high culinary standards.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Skills
Proven experience in food service management with a strong background in quick service or fast food restaurants.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and financial management within the restaurant industry.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Experience in training & development, staff interviewing, and performance evaluation processes.
Solid understanding of food handling practices, safety regulations, and culinary techniques.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
