Responsibilities

Supervise and Guide the team, keeping morale high and standards even higher. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Assist in food preparation , demonstrating culinary skills to support the team. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance and foster professional growth. Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for excellent service recovery. Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience

(Preferable)

Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurants or hotels. Proven skills in team management, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams effectively. Background in food preparation or culinary arts is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.81 per hour
