a vibrant, guest-focused Front of House Team Member

to keep the magic alive every weekend.

What You'll Do:

Greet & engage with guests

- setting the tone for their Magic Garden experience.

Supervise and support

the front-of-house and/or back-of-house team members during shifts

Keep the venue looking its best

- clearing tables, collecting glasses, and resetting spaces for the next guests.

Support the bar team

- lending a hand when needed and keeping service smooth.

Enhance the guest experience

- making personalised recommendations and keeping the energy high.

Open and close

the venue in accordance with company procedures.

Handle Customer Queries,

concerns or complaints professionally and effectively.

Train and mentor

new members of staff.

Communicate effectively

with the management regarding shift performance, needs and operational issues.

Weekend availability is essential

Friday - Sunday

role.

Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a hospitality setting

- but if you've got the right energy, we'll teach you the rest!

Ability to lead a team

and remain calm under pressure.
