ABOUT JOB ROLE
- MUST have at least 1 year as shift leader/manager in hospitality
- Key holder, Open up or close up the restaurant
- Lead shifts and manage team
- Working on the floor/bar during shifts, able to cover every station of the business
- Manage basic day to day admin, bookings, social media etc
- Open, mid-shift, evening and kitchen checks
- Attend management meetings, work with other managers & owners
- Mix of days, evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour
