We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires effective team management and the ability to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Duties
Manage food preparation, and follow Subway formulas.
Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas
Assist in training new employees on service standards and follow health and safety.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Experience in food preparation and food production
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management
Previous experience in kitchen or barista roles is advantageous
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
