Football is more than a game to us, it's a way of life, and we're looking for like-minded people to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Centre, providing a top-quality service to our players and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. You will lead by example, immersing yourself in activities that promote and maximise games played, while maintaining high standards of service, operational efficiency, and health & safety. You will be focused and driven to meet and exceed your Club's income targets and KPIs, playing a key role in the continued success of the business.

Duties

Dealing face to face and over the phone with existing and potential customers , ensuring they have a positive experience at the Centre. Taking Payments and Cashing up at end of shift. Supervise daily operations, ensuring all departments are functioning smoothly and efficiently. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle any problems or unexpected situations with professionalism and poise.

Qualifications

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills; Previous experience in customers services, with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
