Find your place at Starbucks where you'll take the lead of the shift, working with your team of baristas to create our Starbucks Experience for our customers with high quality service and beverages, delivering best moments and operational excellence.

The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working in one of our dynamic stores, a typical day could include:

Collaborating with the Store Manager, leading great shifts, supporting partners and delivering the Starbucks Experience for our team and customers

Inspiring and motivating the store team to make every moment right for our partners and customers, including pre-empting and adapting to any potential issues and addressing any that arise to optimise the customer experience

Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards

Delivering legendary customer service to all customers with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for your customers and partners

Executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including organising opening and closing duties.

Ensuring all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for till usage and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.

Qualifications



Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment Strong team management and leadership skills Background in restaurant and culinary settings Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Experience in food preparation and cooking Familiarity with hospitality and customer service principles Relevant experience as a barista or in food production
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.75 per hour
