Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient operation and exceptional customer service. Serving Our customers with the bar team Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Train and mentor team members in hospitality skills, serving techniques, and barista experience. customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in a bar supervising position is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities. Cocktail experience is required. A background in hotel or kitchen experience is an advantage. Knowledge of serving techniques and customer service excellence is essential.
