We are looking for an experienced Shift Team Leader In Aldeburgh. We are a 39 Bed Residential Care Home. Previous experience as a shift team leader required
Responsibilities
Medication Administration
Leading and Supervising your shift team
Managing residents and liasing with families and health care professionals
Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs and ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible
Good Comminication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.27-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 43 per week
Work Location: In person
