Hours: Monday to Friday - rotating weekly shifts (6am-2.15pm, 10pm-6.15am, 2pm-10.15pm)

Salary: 18.73 per hour + 1 per hour night premium

About Us

We are Advanced Plastics - a leading manufacturer of injection-moulded products across a wide range of sectors. We are looking for a Shift Technician to join our team and help keep our machines and facility in top shape!

The Role

You will be responsible for the maintenance, installation and repair of injection-moulding machinery and facilities. You will work on a rotating shift supporting the team by responding quickly and safely to maintenance tickets raised, being proactive around repairs and generally ensuring a safe environment.

You will be working in a team, and will be troubleshooting machine faults, installing new equipment and providing preventative repairs.

Who we're looking for

You will have experience performing maintenance in a factory setting, ideally manufacturing

You will have Levels 2 & 3 in an Engineering qualification, and be apprentice-trained

You will have experience in the field as a multi-skilled maintenance technician

You are proactive, able to work under your own initiative, and methodical
