Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our leadership team at Maida Vale. This is a role for somebody who leads by example, whether that be training a new hire or ensuring that behind the scenes standards are met to ensure that both our staff and customers are well looked after.

Key responsibilities

Team Leadership: Leading staff from the front during shifts to ensure high performance and to identify areas of improvement Training & Development: Assisting in training new staff members and updating the training of current ones. Organisation: Managing setups, opening/closing procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Strategic support: You will work closely with the existing management structure to ensure new ideas are implemented smoothly and keep daily operations running. Keyholder: You will be responsible for a set of keys to the business so your trustworthiness will be a key asset
What we're looking for

Somebody with previous experience in a supervisory role (preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills A positive "can do" attitude. Reliability and maintaining of High standards.
Hours: 28+ including late nights and weekends

Pay: Negotiable to the right candidate
