You'll play an

integral role

in ensuring our clients receive world-class service. This means managing courier collections, overseeing stock movement, clearance, necessary paperwork, coordinating global deliveries, and working across teams to keep operations running smoothly, efficiently and on time.

, our inventory and fulfilment platform, helping ensure accurate stock management, e-commerce order visibility, and seamless integrations between our web solutions, warehouses, and courier partners.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and understand end-to-end international shipping processes, documentation, and terminology across

UK, EU, US, and Rest of World

shipments. Identify and proactively resolve issues that could delay cargo release or final delivery. Prioritise daily responsibilities and make confident, informed decisions. Communicate clearly and professionally--verbally and in writing--with internal teams and clients. Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments. Analyse and validate import documentation to ensure full compliance with regulations. Review and confirm shipping documents for accuracy. Ensure all regulatory and customs requirements are met for every shipment. Manage customer invoicing and approve vendor payables. Handle and manage data uploads for courier websites and generate relevant orders/purchase orders. Deliver outstanding B2B and B2C customer service. Support accurate stock management through

ShipHero

, helping maintain real-time visibility of inventory, orders, and fulfilment activity.

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience in shipping or logistics. Strong understanding of

stock control

processes. Experience with CDS (desirable). Background in imports and exports. Excellent communication, prioritisation, and multitasking skills. Strong customer service mindset with a record of handling client interactions professionally. Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to evolving priorities. Logical, methodical approach with strong problem-solving ability. High attention to detail and accuracy at all times.

(Total core hours: 37.5 per week)

You may be required to increase your working hours to 41 per week when business needs arise

Pay: 27,500.00-28,400.00 per year
