Job Description

Our Freight Forwarding dept our looking for a Shipping Manager to join our well established family business.

The entire process from start to finish on FCL & LCL.

Strong Import shipping experience & responsible for the submission of accurate import entries

Experience with Port Health on CHEDs & IPAFFs

Bond Clearances

Arrange deliveries/releases, liaising with customers.

Provide regular updates to customers

Ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Shipping Industry

Familiar with customs declarations - CDS & Port systems

Be organised & proactive and able to prioritise workload

Attentive to detail

Offer solutions and advise to customers

Able to work well under pressure and work well within a small growing team

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong communication and people skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
