Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SHO (Senior House Officer) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, with experience in various medical settings such as nursing homes, ICUs, and hospice care. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality medical services, ensuring the well-being of patients while supporting clinical research initiatives.

Responsibilities



Deliver comprehensive patient care, including medication administration and monitoring of vital signs. Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate medical records for each patient. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Assist in medical imaging procedures and interpret results as necessary. Engage with patients and their families to provide education on health management and public health initiatives. Participate in clinical research activities to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards within the healthcare facility.

Qualifications



Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Experience in nursing home settings, ICU environments, or hospice care preferred. Familiarity with public health principles and practices is advantageous. Proven skills in medication administration and patient care protocols. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating strong communication skills. A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in clinical practices.

Pay: 35.00-50.00 per hour
