The SHO - Psy position is a vital role within our mental health team, focusing on providing comprehensive psychological services to clients. Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine client needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure or certification as a psychologist or psychological associate. Experience in clinical settings preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices is a plus.
