We are seeking a proactive and organised SHOE ROOM operative to join our team. This role involves general Shoe Room duties such as preparing, antiquing/patina and finger polishing the shoe. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, and a good sense of hand to eye coordination. This position offers an engaging environment where attention to detail and time management are essential for success.

Ideally PATINA experience, but full training can be given Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods Ability to work well within a team and in a factory environment Collaborate with team members to achieve the highest quality Willingness to learn
