Role Overview

As the Outdoor Activity and Shooting Center Manager, you will be the driving force behind setting up and running our diverse shooting activities and outdoor experiences. Your leadership will ensure safety, smooth operations, and an engaging environment for everyone who visits. You'll oversee everything from the practical setup of shooting ranges to organizing quad biking and archery sessions.

Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and manage shooting activities including rifle shooting, clay shooting, and archery.

Organize and supervise quad biking experiences ensuring safety and enjoyment.

Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring all meet safety and quality standards.

Lead and coordinate a team to deliver excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

Train staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.

Engage with guests to provide briefings, instructions, and support during activities.

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Experience managing outdoor activity centers or shooting ranges is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to shooting sports and outdoor activities.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.

Must be able to work weekends

Passion for outdoor sports and creating great customer experiences.

Valid licenses or certifications related to shooting activities are a plus.
