We are looking for a friendly, reliable

Shop and Kitchen Assistant

to join our vibrant team at our

Trafalgar Street branch

. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is happy to help wherever needed.

This position requires

flexibility

, with availability to work

4-5 days per week

across varying shifts.

You will play an important part in both front-of-house and kitchen operations, helping us maintain high standards of service and food quality.

Key responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their orders Making good-quality coffee Handling transactions accurately and efficiently Opening and closing the shop Preparing and assembling sandwiches and breakfast items Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic shop and kitchen environment Following food safety regulations and hygiene standards Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations Assisting with baking and savoury food preparation as you develop in the role
Shifts & availability

4-5 shifts per week required

Flexibility is essential Some shifts start early (5:00am) and are approximately 8 hours long
