Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for helping customers find the products they need.

Duties

Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop and assist them with their inquiries. Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing. Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments. Collaborate with team members to achieve shop goals and maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required. A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Shift days and times will be discussed at interview. 16+ hours available per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour
