Handling transactions on shop till and placing the order
Providing excellent customer service and support
Managing stock, handling cash, and ensuring accuracy in operations
Assisting customers with postal and financial queries
Requirements:
Opening & Closing the shop may be part of the duty. Previous experience working in a Post Office is not essential as we will provide training
Minimum computer knowledge
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and friendly attitude
