Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products Provide information about merchandise and promotions Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Maintain an organised and visually appealing shop environment through effective merchandising Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed promptly Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries via telephone Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous Strong organisational skills to manage stock levels and shop layout effectively Proven communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues alike A basic understanding of merchandising principles would be beneficial
