We are currently recruiting for Shop Floor Manager to work for one of our POS/POP clients based in Whetstone LE8 on a permanent contract
Our client are fast paced organisation specialising in the supply of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry
Pay depending on experience
Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30

Shop Floor Manager Skills
Previous experience within the POS industry is a must
Attention to detail

Time management
Ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal
Flexible as overtime will be available and occasionally shifts
Shop Floor Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, discussing and completing reports about the production and the staff
- Manage production line
- Develop manufacturing procedures to meet product specifications and production targets
- Plan and assign production resources and workers to maintain desired output levels
- Daily review of assembly production to identify trends or potential performance issues
- Make adjustments to teams and resources to maintain the required production rate
- Monitor quality to spot problems with materials, designs or work processes
