Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a showroom environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and relevant experience in retail and stock management. Driving and delivery experience preferred but not essential. For insurance purposes applicant must be 25+. This role offers an opportunity to support and have full autonomy within the business to ensure all weekly targets are met. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a background in sales and retail. Experience in the white goods market ideal but not essential as full training will be given.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily showroom activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Coordinate delivery schedules and oversee the loading and unloading of goods using appropriate equipment Assist with route planning and optimize delivery routes for efficiency Monitor Stock levels and work closely with the manager and suppliers to ensure the showroom is sufficiently stocked and displayed well

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory roles within sales ideal but not essential Strong knowledge of Kitchen appliance preferred Valid driving license, with no major endorsements, 25+ Experience in driving delivery vehicles preferred Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients Ability to organize tasks efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
