Job Description

Stax Trade Centres have an excellent job opportunity for a highly organised, self-motivated individual for the role Section Team Leader.

In this role, you'll enhance the development of your department through sales and customer liaison using attained skills and to assist the Assistant Branch Manager/Floor Controller in the day-to-day operations of security and employee development.

Schedule:

Full time, permanent

39 hours per week, rotational rota

Monday - Friday

Pattern Shift: 1/4 Sunday's

What are we looking for in you?



To enhance the development of your section through sales and customer liaison.

Ensure that any changes in company systems or procedures that affect the Section under your control are implemented immediately.

Demonstrate excellent motivation towards your job.

Previous supervisor experience is essential.

Sales experience is desirable.

Customer service experience required.

Key Responsibilities include:



To run and maintain a section in an effective, profitable and professional manner.

To achieve sales budgets and targets using attained skills.

To liaise and assist the Assistant Branch Manager/Floor Controller in the day-to-day operations of security and employee development.

To ensure that any changes in company systems or procedures that affect the Section under your control are implemented immediately.

To make sure the maximum productivity is achieved from your team working on the Section, by implementing a Rota for each member of your team and afterwards auditing the quality of their work.

Actively seek new customer opportunities and exploit these with guidance from the Assistant Branch Manager/Floor Controller.

Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email in an efficient professional manner.

Provide support and manage section assistants.

Ensure that all stock is coded, and that signage is displayed clearly and correctly.

Stock file maintenance.

Collate daily deliveries and organise staff for rotas and replenishment.

Ensure daily and weekly health and safety checks are completed on time and relevant documents are filled in accurately.
