Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Team Member / Till Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, operating the till, and helping to keep the store running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Serving customers at the till in a friendly and professional manner
Handling cash and card payments accurately
Providing excellent customer service and dealing with customer queries
Stock replenishment and rotating stock as required
Keeping the shop floor, tills, and back areas clean and tidy
Assisting with deliveries when needed
Following company policies, food safety, and health & safety procedures
Supporting the rest of the team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
Working Pattern
Two shifts during the week
Two shifts every other weekend
Flexibility may be required to cover holidays or sickness
