The Seasons is looking for a new manager for its Forest Row branch.

We are a certified organic & ethically driven B corp business. With a strong emphasis on local & seasonal produce, plastic free shopping, groceries, cosmetics, cleaning products and everyday essentials.

The Seasons is well established business rooted in the community. We are independant family owned and take real pride in our staff, our produce and our organic ethos.

The position is full time (5 days per week including some weekend) based in Forest Row a village nestled in the heart of the Ashdown Forest.

We are looking for someone with previous retail management experience - min 3 years. Essential skills required include strong communication to lead not only our fantastic team in maintaining high standards and efficiency but ensuring our customers experience the best shopping experience. A basic understanding in organics is paramount along with good understanding of retail, strong customer service skills, a friendly can do attitude and the ability too muck in with everyday tasks if needed.

Starting salary 40,000 + based on experience

30 days holiday
