As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient store operations, and driving sales performance while fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent service standards. Oversee inventory management, including ordering stock and conducting regular stock checks. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues and enhance the shopping experience. Implement effective retail management strategies to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop environment. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Strong team management capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide staff members. A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service is essential.
