Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff rotas, cooking and baking delicious products. Implement effective sales strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions to develop team skills in retail management and customer engagement. Maintain high standards of shop presentation and organisation to create an inviting shopping experience. Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and stock control efficiently. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication among staff. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging with diverse customers. Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Administrative experience is beneficial for handling operational paperwork efficiently.
