Key Responsibilities | ?????
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow

Prepare and manage daily operational and attendance reports????????????????
Create and manage staff shift schedules??????????
Maintain and ensure high standards of food and service quality?????????????????
Provide regular training and coaching to staff on customer service excellence???????????????????
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure adequate stock is maintained??????????????????
Participate in shift duties and support daily floor operations as needed?????????????????
Who We're Looking For | ????????
Proven experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations

Strong leadership and team management skills??????????????
Ability to handle fast-paced environments with attention to detail?????????????
Excellent communication and organisational abilities??????????
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
