Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and sales management principles
