Manager - The CHIP YARD & Apache Pizza, Whiteabbey
Salary: 30,000-35,000 + Performance Bonus + Yearly Bonus

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and hard-working Manager to join the team at The CHIP YARD & Apache Pizza in Whiteabbey
This is a high-responsibility leadership role that requires someone with proven experience in a similar setting within the food or hospitality industry.
Your Responsibilities
Organise and oversee the daily running of the chip shop & Apache Pizza.
Maintain strict quality control standards across fryers, pizza preparation, and all cooked products.
Lead, train, and motivate the team -- ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and completed to standard.
Deliver outstanding customer service across all channels: face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
Manage stock ordering, rotation, and monitoring.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, FSA & COSHH regulations.
Work directly with the owners to maximise sales potential.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop promotions and keep service offerings fresh and appealing.

Proven supervisory or management experience in food service or hospitality.
High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for great food and customer service.
Excellent communication skills, able to inspire and manage younger team members.
Strong attention to detail and pride in consistently delivering exceptional products.
Ability to take initiative and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position with weekday and weekend shifts.
Day shifts start around 11am.
Late shifts finish around midnight (depending on trade levels).
Requirements
GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
1 year's experience in at least one of the following (preferred):
Retail sales
Supervising or managing a team
Customer service
Food industry operations
A valid driving licence (preferred).
