We're looking for a Manager who has a passion to join the Oggy Oggy family and to be inspiring to a team by empowering them daily and being their coach through leading by example. You should be motivated by strategic planning and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining our high standards. With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring.
We aim to be approachable and always have a listening ear when it comes to problems that arise within the business, so we are always on hand when you need us. Being a manager can be a diverse role but it is important that the right candidate can be hands-on and work as efficiently on the shop floor/kitchen as the rest of the team.
Duties include:
? Maintaining the high level of food hygiene standards within the shop.
? Cash handling, cashing up, change handling.
? Rotas and daily diligence paperwork
? Handling customer complaints
? Ensuring the team has a safe and happy environment to fulfill their shift.
? Stock control
? Weekly and Daily ordering of stock
? Baking pasties
? Making breakfast, sandwiches, baguettes and cakes
? Checking standards
? Working with the assistant manager to build a strong team
? Understanding on EPOS now till system

Experience:
-Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Proficient in food safety practices and regulations
- Strong kitchen management skills with the ability to cook and prepare a variety of dishes
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and work well under pressure
