Job Description
Responsibility to Manage our Stratford upon Avon shop and the team
An ability to carry out all administrative tasks.
Communicate and work with our other 5 shops and Head Office team.
We are an established family owned business since 1870 continue to fly the flag for our well established brand .
Drive sales targets and take ownership of finding new customers
Enjoy merchandising and window displays to show off our Jewellery in its best light.
Hold events in store
Be a great team player as well as a Manager.
Retail experience is ideal and a love for Jewellery and the rest we will train you on.
Working 5 days per week , 6 hours per day (including weekends ) in a fabulous environment
We pride ourselves on delivering great customer Service and would need the applicant to be a good communicator and enjoy engaging with people.
Summary
As a Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication. Reporting to the Area Manager, your core skills in customer service and effective communication will be essential in building strong relationships with customers.
