We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to manage a dynamic team. Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficient food production and service. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, kitchen safety, and customer service best practices. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry. Strong background in food preparation, culinary arts, or related fields. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen management practices. Experience in bartending or hotel operations is an advantage. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: 29,000.00-40,000.00 per year
