Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and consistent product quality. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate shop staff. Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee schedules to ensure proper staffing. Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage inventory levels, place orders, and work with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary stock. Minimize waste and control costs. Monitor sales and financial performance, manage cash handling, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist in budget preparation and cost control. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Maintain a clean and organized shop environment. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional activities and community events to increase shop visibility and attract customers.
