is seeking an experienced and dedicated Shop Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead our team. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the store, optimizing processes, driving performance, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, fluency in both English and Chinese, and proven experience in retail or store management.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring seamless workflow and achievement of sales targets.
Process Optimization & Cost Control
Analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Motivation
Recruit, train, and lead store staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff performance and satisfaction.
Sales & Customer Service
Drive the team to achieve sales goals, handle customer enquiries and complaints appropriately, and ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
Stock & Resource Management
Manage inventory, store supplies, and staff schedules to ensure resources are used effectively and waste is minimized.
Project & Event Execution
Coordinate and execute store promotions, marketing activities, and projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Staff Training & Development
Identify training needs, organize relevant development programs, and support ongoing learning to strengthen overall team capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in retail/store management or operations, with team leadership responsibilities
Fluency in both English and Chinese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of store operations, sales principles, and business best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong leadership qualities, responsibility, and problem-solving mindset
Experience with process improvement, project management, or staff training is a plus
