Duties will include all manner of customer service and shop floor roles.
First point of contact for many of our customers, advising on our products and services.
Maintain stock levels and attending to stock deliveries (may require heavy lifting)
Ensure stock is well displayed
Behind the counter serving customers face to face and over the phone.
Qualification and Skills:
Will have an excellent manner when dealing with people.
Will be self motivated and able to work in a small team.
Will have passion for shop and display presentation and for providing excellent customer service.
Will be committed to constantly expanding their knowledge of our products in order to provide the best 'buying' experience for our customers.
Previous customer service or retail experience is ideal but not necessary, as is an interest in, or previous experience of caravanning.
Compensation and Working Week:
This position is a floating 5 in 7 day week, and will include weekend work and bank holidays.
Salary to be discussed at interview and will depend on experience.
