Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products Maintain an organised and visually appealing shop environment through effective merchandising Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy Process transactions accurately using basic math skills Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively Organisational skills to maintain an orderly shop environment Previous experience in retail or customer service in jewellery is a plus
