Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor for our store!
Duties
o Direct the daily operations of the business, ensuring seamless and efficient store functionality. This involves overseeing opening and closing protocols, orchestrating team responsibilities, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Manage inventory levels for alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and other age-restricted products, as well as snacks, soft drinks, and convenience items, ensuring optimal stock availability. Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with product choices, addressing inquiries about off-licence items, and resolving issues swiftly and professionally. Enforce stringent age verification protocols (e.g., Challenge 25) for the sale of alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and other age-restricted products to ensure full regulatory compliance. Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment with visually appealing displays that highlight seasonal or high-demand products, while complying with regulations on alcohol and age-restricted item visibility and promotion. Drive store growth by diversifying product ranges, enhancing store presentation, and boosting community engagement, while ensuring compliance with alcohol and age-restricted product regulations.
