Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of the store
Open and close the shop, acting as key holder
Lead, supervise and train team members
Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
Monitor stock levels, place orders and control wastage
Handle daily cashing up and sales reconciliation
Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene and cleanliness
Support the business owner with operational reporting
Requirements
Legal right to work in the UK
Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality or food service
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
