Job Description

We are currently looking for a permanent

Supervisor

to join our store in Howdon. The working hours for this role are 16- 20 hours per week with additional hours available in busy periods. Shifts will be between 7am and 5pm and will include weekend and bank holiday working as necessary.

To be successful in the role you must be flexible, reliable and be self-motivated. This role is hands on and will include serving customers, using our till system, replenishing stock, cooking and making fresh products such as hot and cold sandwiches, salads, baked goods. You must be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, stock control, championing brand standards, till management and banking. You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career across our growing Retail team.

On successful completion of our 12-week bespoke supervisor training programme you will have developed a good understanding of our policies and procedures and be able to deliver on the high standards we expect - this is a great foundation to build on and may lead to further progression opportunities within the business.

This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career within Retail and for those who are looking to progress within a fast-moving organisation, there will be varying opportunities to develop into Supervisory and Management roles in the near future.

Experience in a Hospitality or catering environment is essential with experience working in food preparation roles. Applications will also be considered from those with cleaning and care experience too.
