The Role
We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Shopfront Fitter to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation and fitting of aluminium shopfronts, doors, curtain walling, and associated glazing systems on a variety of commercial projects.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone with a keen eye for detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team or independently on site.
Key Responsibilities
Install aluminium shopfronts, doors, curtain walling, and glazing systems to a high standard.
Read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
Carry out on-site measuring, marking, and adjustments.
Use hand tools, power tools, and access equipment safely and effectively.
Work with other trades and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment in line with health & safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience fitting aluminium shopfronts, doors, or curtain walling systems.
Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
Confident in using a range of tools and machinery.
Good understanding of site health & safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and quality of finish.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
CSCS card or equivalent (preferred).
