Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shopkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations within the shop, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers, and leading a team to deliver excellent service.

Duties

Manage the daily operations of the stores, including sales, customer service, and inventory management

Ensuring that the stores are safe, clean, and well-stocked in an attractive manner.

Assisting with sales promotions to attract customers.

Dealing with vendors and managing inventory.

Overseeing the hiring and training of staff members.

Managing financial transactions, including handling cash and maintaining accurate records.

Monitoring and analyzing sales data to make informed business decisions.

Implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in consumer behavior.

Introduce new products and negotiate with suppliers

Addressing customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.

Recruit and train the new staff

Keep and maintained premises cleaned and safe at all time

Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Previous experience preferable

Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer service

Clear and fluent English (written and spoken)

Process orientated

Strong leadership and customer management ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
